I am 13 and i am into golf but i am not too good with accuracy. At the driving range, i average about 175 yards but the balls are going every which way. Any easy tips you golfers have?
I am hitting it with driver and i only get it straight about 1/4 of the time. All the other times its hooking right or hooking left

I have never picked up a club, but my friend keeps telling me that he loves the game and that i should give it a try. I live next to Deere Run and i would love to get lessons there, but he told me i should go to a smaller course. do golf courses even have lessons for people who have never golfed or should i get private lessons?

As is obvious to anyone who has seen Tiger swing a club, he puts a tremendous amount of torque on the knee he is getting surgery on. I am wondering if there are exact measurements as to how much torque people, particularly Tiger, put on their knee during a golf swing. As I am relatively unfamiliar with physics, I would also appreciate a comparison of that measurement to something understandable.

I’ve just begun a course in learning to play golf, and the easiest exercise is swinging the club with one arm.
The problem is that, being totally new, I do not own any golfing equipment. I’d like to know what I may use to substitute.
