its illegal i’m not sure what its under i just know that according to the USGA it cannot be used
Didn’t we already answer this question a few days ago? The friend is in violation of Rule 14-1/3putting with the wrong end of the putter, loses hole in match play and incurs a penalty of 2 strokes in stroke play.
