Just accept the fact that you are going to fade the ball, and compensate for it as you play. There could be a number of things causing your face to be open at impact and without seeing you swing no one here will be able to give you the correct fix. If your grip is too weak or the club runs too much through the fingers of your right hand, the club will want to fan open dramatically during the takeaway.
