Eggs are OK, but pass on the bacon (too greasy), cereal is not so good as it usually has a lot of sugar (or you put sugar on top) which gives quick energy, but then you drop off fast. Milk is good (calcium and vitamin D) Fruit is good to eat (banana maybe the best), and then carry a big water bottle and keep drinking from it every hole to stay hydrated.

Complex carbohydrate, fruit, and some lean protein are all good things to eat.

You should also take a water bottle with you, and fill it frequently (most courses will have water stations every 3-4 holes).

A lot of pros will take food with them (bananas, granola are all good sources) along with an energy drink (A lot of the pros drink Amino Vital, others will drink Gatorade).

Get some proteins before you play. Chicken, eggs and beans are a good source.

Avoid caffeine. This dehydrates you. Remember, chocolate contains caffeine.

Also, sugars aren't really good. They can also dehydrate your body.

And drink plenty of water, both before and during your rounds.

You all must be 3rd graders.
Cereal, well most cereal, is full of sugar and useless calories.

Eat something high in protein, like an egg white omelet with ham in it, or tomatoes. And you cannot go wrong with fruit. Bread is ok, just not too much bread.
Keep hydrated on the course, and bring a snack; apple, or banana, energy bar, etc...

Basically, eat what wont leave you feeling heavy or bloated, and make sure you eat enough to last you that morning, and into the later lunch hours. Eat often after a breakfast, 3 hrs or so will work.
NO CEREAL.

Drink a lot the night before (and while playing). This will cure the dehydration. In terms of breakfast, eat whatever you want.

you should have cereal and fruit for breakfast - banana is probably the best. Have toast aswell

Make sure you are drinking every hole and eating something every 3 holes. Eat energy bars / nutri grain/ good carbs/ don't eat chocolate - will give you some energy but will bring u right back down again
